Encouraging, helpfull, easy! March 18, 2010 read4life (London) Most of the dishes in this book are not hard to cook(not complicated). I have cooked about 25% of them so far, and i would say that it will help you to stay in that kitchen, and enjoy your cooking too. Would recommend!!!
Less washing up! March 14, 2010 Mrs. Irene Ellis (Leeds, UK) This is a great size book with plenty of recipes. Very easy to follow and better still there is less washing up!
101 recipes for people that hate cooking but have to March 12, 2010 A. Foresti (UK) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I was thoroughly disappointed. I thought that by "1 pot" it meant simply a kind of dish, like a stew or a curry or something like that...instead it's nearly all ready sauces and shop bought pastes... I might as well have a takeaway...maybe it's just me but I like cookbooks that can IMPROVE my cooking skills, not degrade it.
Useful little book March 6, 2010 Tricia T I have seen some of the recipes before in the Good Food Magazine, but a great little book to have the one pot recipes in one place. Not easy to keep open if you need to follow the recipe though. Those I have tried work well. At this price really good value for money.
A practical little cookbook! March 4, 2010 Helga Charman (London, England) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I wanted a cookbook which was small, handy to carry around when shopping for ingredients and above all, comprehensive in terms of recipes on offer. Well, this book certainly fits the bill. It offers quick, easy and very affordable recipes, which can be prepared literally in one pot. I have already used some of the recipes and shall be cooking the chicken biryani this Sunday and I know my guests will enjoy it immensely. Very well worth the money - an excellent buy!!

Fuchsia Dunlop’s Land of Plenty Fuchsia Dunlop has done some pretty great travel and food pieces over the years, so when we got Land of Plenty we did a good deal of oohing and aahing over the pictures and recipes. But it wasn’t until this weekend that we actually cooked anything from it. We’ve finally gotten the range hood installed Submitted: on 23rd Feb 2010 Tags: · The · When · Hood · Pictures · Recipes · Travel
Chicken Curry Pot Pie Did you know that today is National Pie Day? I learned this yesterday from my fifth grader and wouldn't you know . . . I was already planning on making chicken pot pie for dinner? How serendipitous! I love chicken pot pie and I love curry. I came across a recipe for Curried-Chicken Potpie years ago from CookingLight magazine, and over the years have adapted it to my own version. It's one... Review: Crack’d Pot Trail by Steven Erikson I don’t know whether I should be scared to review Crack’d Pot Trail by Steven Erikson (US, UK, Canada, Indiebound) or if I should cackle maniacally at the awesome irony that is this fan, reviewer (and even critic) reviewing a book that is all about fandom, author intent, artistic integrity, criticism, contemplative self-doubt and cannibalism. Crack’d Pot Trail is the latest novel...
